This is maybe widely used in other business sectors,but I would bring it in the vape business. As a manufacturer of CBD devices, our prime customers are the distributors,brands owners,dispensaries,and CBD oil wholesalers/retailers.that means our customers are mostly middlemen,they make the profits between the price gaps between their supplier and their clients. 

So our direct customers are much sensitive to their end consumers’ feedback;when their customer/distributors like the products and the products sell well,No push needed,they will place orders and push us for better delivery.but if the products don’t sell, our direct customers won’t place orders to us even we lower the prices to make our product more competitive. Further more,the figures we reduced on the price seem pointless from the view point of our direct customers–unless those product produced with public molds and are very sensitive to the prices. 

That’s the reason why we should put resources and efforts on reliable quality and new products that appeal the end users.

Since e-liquid business is shrinking worldwide,and the established e-liquid companies are striving to live,the competition of this sector will be more fierce, and we only dabbled in this business with one product -Moci, 4000 puffs disposable vape. So I think we won’t invest in e-liquid related business any more in future.

Then we will concentrate on our prime business –CBD related devices, such as 510 battery, vaporizer, cartridge, atomizer, bong, glass bubbler etc. And since we are a SME,so we don’t have enough resource to support for invention of the break-through technologies. So our management decide to focus on two aspects in the near future:

  1. Strength our supply chain management and quality assurance–this is to make sure our products be more reliable and sustainable, and it will avoid our products being affected when one of our supplier has unexpected issues.
  2. Keep eyes on the market trends of our business,and to be sensitive enough to follow the prevailing trends on the new product. Mean while try to add some functional and novel elements, so that we can we can catch the trends but with our unique selling points.
